Nothing out there is labeled "Stress!"
However, your mind or perception can label it as something stressful. Remember every 30 minutes to
stop whatever you are doing for just a moment. Take 3 deep breaths and repeat to yourself:
"THERE IS NO OUTSIDE EMOTIONAL STRESS; IT'S ONLY MY RESPONSE TO IT, WHICH I CAN CONTROL"!
